Director of Human Resources

• Promote chapter membership

• Process all new memberships

• Welcome all new members

• Process and promote membership renewals

• Organize officer events

• Respond to all Officer/Membership concerns/issues

• Other duties as assigned

Director of Operations

• Minutes

• Record Keeping

• Ensure Best Practices (acting within legal boundaries)

• Primary BGS contact

• Promotes Efficiency

• Other duties as assigned

Chapter Marketing Director

• Promote BGS members amongst San Diego Employers (The "Hire BGS Campaign")

• Promote BGS amongst local businesses (“Member Discounts”)

• Promote BGS Chapter Events

• Promote Chapter Membership

• Promote BGS at USD and SDSU campuses

• Drafts announcements/Flyers/Powerpoints

• Manage annual job seminar

• Other duties as assigned

Marketing Associate(s)

• Assist the Marketing Director in all Marketing Activities
